Take the A4, at the A4/A44 fork junction take the A44 in the Sassenheim/The Hague Centre direction, take the Noordwijk/Voorhout exit and by Noordwijk take the N206 in the Katwijk direction.
From Rotterdam:
Take the A20 in the direction of the Kleinpolderplein junction, then the A13 in the direction of The Hague, go along the A12 a little way in the direction of The Hague Centre, drive into The Hague and take the A44 in the direction of Wassenaar/Amsterdam, take the Leiden/Valkenburg/Katwijk/Noordwijk (N206) exit.
