Servo Berkel Prior develops and manufactures weighing equipment for bagging all sorts of products into open bags. This includes the following systems:
- Bagging equipment for fast-selling products such as sugar, pellets, granules, etc. Bagging equipment fitted with pneumatically operated dosing, sleeve and segment valves.
- Bagging equipment for fast-selling as well as slow-selling products such as animal feed pellets, flour and mussels. Bagging equipment finished with either frequency driven dosing conveyor belts or vibrating troughs.
- Bagging equipment also for slow-selling products such as fatty flours, powders etc. Bagging equipment with frequency driven dosing screw.
The capacity of the bagging equipment heavily depends on the type of dosing system and of course the composition of the product. Capacities for fast-selling products can be 400 to 500 bags per hour.
Our Bagging machines are developed and manufactured according to the latest OE and GMP requirements and correctly calibrated. Made-to-measure Bagging machines are not "specials" as far as we are concerned.
